Standard Shipping

• A shipping fee of €3.98 applies to orders under €39.98.

• Free shipping is available on orders of €39.98 or more.

• Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

• After dispatch, delivery usually takes approximately 6–13 business days.

• The total estimated delivery time is approximately 8–18 business days from the date your order is placed.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected countries and regions across Europe.

Available shipping destinations will be displayed during checkout.

If your country or region is available for selection at checkout, we are currently able to ship orders to that destination.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, promotional events, public holidays, or other exceptional circumstances.

How Will I Know When My Order Has Shipped?
